I recently had the pleasure of bringing my four-year-old daughter to the skating rink for her inaugural visit, and I must express our experience was genuinely delightful. We arrived around 5PM to find that the venue was pleasantly uncrowded, greatly enhancing our skating experience by affording us ample space to maneuver. The cost of skate rental was quite reasonable, striking me as an excellent value for a family-oriented activity.
It proved to be a splendid outing for us, and I wholeheartedly intend to return. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself—a sentiment that was amplified by the welcome presence of an exceedingly friendly staff. That level of service excellence is a significant advantage and greatly appreciated.
Nice environment, excellent service from the lady on the register, my 2 daughters have fun and expended a quality time with Daddy. 100% RECOMMENDED.
I was attempting to reserve a spot for a private event yet corresponding with them extremely difficult. Now that I wasted my time on this place I have to change my plans and hope I find somewhere else to host this event. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I don't like the floor structure it's wobbly and that's a concern for me
Being the only skating rink in the area is the only thing that brings me back. This place has no rules! Kids just skate every direction and cause collisions. Parents walk around on the floor with their very little children. The people who work here don’t pay any attention to what’s going on out on the floor. It’s quite literally a free for all. Very unsafe and annoying. Don’t even get me started on the condition of the actual floor….
Kinda janky very retro but not worth the prices they are asking. On top of paying for her to skate AND a walker for a little one they didn't even have the size one she needed!
Love skating here but there is minor cons about skating, there is always every time I go there kids that do not listen or just don’t wake the correct way. i’ve been hurt many times here just by little kids being in the rink walking around without skates, there should be a guy inside the rink telling people to do the right thing, i was there for a couple of months and there was one person who would take care of that but then i found out that everyone got fired for no apparent reason. I recommend just fix those couple things, i don’t want people getting hurt..
Nothing is cleaned and bathrooms are horrendous. Dirty rental skates, overpriced snack bar, and the party rooms are kept dirty for weeks on end. Bathroom reeks. Owner is a joke. Everyone please avoid this place. I promise it won’t pass a walk through.
